Tourist Lease Contract
General Booking Terms and Conditions:
Holiday Sea View – Via Costantino 5, Spotorno (SV).

Reservation
The reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit equal to the 30% of the total amount. The customer will receive an email confirmation with the details of the stay.

Payment
- Down payment: 30% to the reservation
- Balance: at check-in
- Accepted methods: Wire Transfer, Paypal, Cash

Cancellations
- Cancellation communicated within 40 days before arrival date:
100% refund of the amounts paid. - Cancellation communicated within 30 days before arrival date:
A 50% of the amounts paid will be withheld and the remaining 50% will be rebated. - Cancellation communicated less than 20 days before arrival date:
There is no refund of amounts paid.

Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 16:00 - 20:00
- Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
Different times upon request.

Guests
Only guests listed in reservation are allowed. Data will be requested for legal obligations (portal Web Lodgers).

House rules
- No smoking inside
- We are sorry, but animals are not allowed.
- Respect for silence: 22:00 - 08:00
- The apartment must be left in order; any damages will be charged.

Security Deposit
At check-in, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of €300 in cash, which will be refunded at check-out.

Acceptance
Booking implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
